We would love to welcome your group to our theater and lovely little town. From booking our shows to setting up your complete group package, we are more than happy to help.

Here you will find our group booking policies, pricing, booking request forms, and a list of our group tour friendly partners. We would love to hear from you and help answer any questions you may have, and complete your group bookings.

Group Pricing:

Premier 2-Hour Show, Christmas Spectacular, & Southern Gospel Concerts

  • Groups (12+ people) – $22.00

History of American Music Show

  • Groups (12+ people) – $15.00

We will allow 2 comp tickets with 25 or more paid tickets.

Group Booking Policies:

For Groups booking AMT’s Premier 2-Hour Show or History of American Music Show:

  • No deposit is required for groups booked for these shows.
  • Cancellation is required in writing, no fewer than 14 days prior to the show date.
  • Final payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to the show date.

For Groups booking Southern Gospel & Bluegrass Concert Series shows or Christmas Shows:

  • A 15% deposit is due no later than 30 days after receiving your booking confirmation letter.
  • Cancellation is required in writing, no fewer than 60 days prior to the show date in order to receive a full refund.
  • The 15% Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 0-59 days prior to the show.
  • Final payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to the show date.
  • Because these shows are in high demand with limited availability we have had to put this policy in place to guarantee the best seating availability for all of our customers.  Updated headcounts for your group may be requested by management as our theater nears capacity for these events.

American Mountain Theater Cancellation Policy for Group Vacation Packages

  • For Groups Requiring Hotel Rooms:
    • Cancellation is required in writing 30 days prior to the trip date in order to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations received within the 30 day period prior to the trip have a graduated cancellation penalty; however, 100% of payments received may be used as credit towards a future trip:
      • 29 – 15 days – 10% due.  90% refund.
      • 14 – 7 days – 25% due.  75% refund.
      • 7 days or less – 100% due. 0% refund.
  • For Groups Not Requiring Hotel Rooms:
    • Cancellation is required in writing 14 days prior to the trip date in order to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations received within the 14 day period prior to the trip have a graduated cancellation penalty; however, 100% of payments received may be used as credit towards a future trip:
      • 14 – 7 days – 10% due.  90% refund.
      • 7 – 2 days – 25% due.  75% refund.
      • 2 days or less – 100% due.  0% refund.

Weather Related Cancellations:

  • Unfortunately, weather related cancellations cannot be refunded; however, 100% of payments received may be used as credit towards a future trip.  In order to receive exchange credit for a weather related cancellation, AMT must be notified regarding the cancellation prior to the date of your show.
  • Cancellation notifications made after the date of your scheduled show are not eligible for exchange credit.  Credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate and will be valid through the end of the next calendar year.

Management reserves the right to modify or make exceptions to these policies at any time.
